We love Enchantment Resort! We had been here with our daughter 40 years ago and were invited to return with our daughter and her family as a gift for our wedding anniversary. We stayed in room 56A which was a gorgeous room. The surroundings of ER are breathtaking and the service was great. Food on the premises was very good too. Also, we want to thank ER as they have a service where they lend out a Volvo electric suv for 3 hours free of charge. After 3 hours, the cost is $75 per hour. We came back a little after 3 hours as our lunch took longer than expected, but we were not charged. Thank you ER for a lovely time and a lovely stay ❤️ P.S. Our stay was just when the pocket fire started near Sedona and we were very lucky to have no issues. As a result some of the hiking trails near ER were closed. At the time the Pocket Fire was 300 acres, it has now grown to 25,000 acres and now that we are home I hear that ER is on possible pre-evacuation alert. Hoping the ER is safe and the fire gets contained. 🤞

Enchantment used to be my favorite spa and nature resort, and I recommended it to so many people over the years. After my last visit though, I will not be returning. It has changed a lot over the years, and unfortunately the changes have not been for the better. For example, Enchantment guests can no longer use the amenities at the Mii Amo spa, which used to be included in a stay. Unfortunately, even a week before our arrival, the spa services were booked, and at that point I was unable to cancel the room. Rooms are $1000/night, and it's definitely not worth it to me when there's no spa access. I was able to get a last minute cancellation for one spa service during my stay. The food quality also went down from my previous visits, and it's overpriced for what you get. Customer service was also really bad this time around. When I shared my frustrations, management on site apologized but didn't take any different actions. I was also given an email address to contact and was told I'd hear back the next day, but no one responded to me. It's now been six days since I sent the email. Overall, there are better spa resorts in the country and I won't be coming back.

We checked in to the Enchantment Resort earlier today and we are off to a rough start. We have stayed at the resort at least 3-4 times with family members, and have always booked Casita King rooms. I was shocked to see the size of the room we were allocated this visit. It is about half the size of every other room we’ve seen or stayed in. I didn’t even know they had rooms this small. We are clearly in the smaller bedroom of the suite adjacent to ours with the adjoining door locked. When we asked if we could switch rooms (offering to pay more) we were told the resort was full. Apparently this was just our misfortune in getting this room. I was planning to host a dinner here to introduce family members to the resort with an eye to future vacations, but I don’t want to do that now. To be fair, the staff seem to be doing all they can to find a better room but without success. The most discouraging thing is I wouldn’t know how to prevent this in the future. I don’t know what algorithm randomly assigned us to an uncomfortable room but I don’t like it. This is a day later - we did end up checking out early but I am increasing my rating to 5 stars due to the excellence of the staff. They understood we were unhappy with the room and did everything they could to move us. They were very generous and kind with our departure and we left with a good feeling. I would especially like to thank the manager, Luis Felix, who was exceptionally sensitive and thoughtful. We will absolutely return, but just be more careful with our room choice.

My husband and I recently stayed at Enchantment Resort and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The food was outstanding throughout our stay—every meal was delicious, well prepared, and exceeded our expectations. The restaurant staff were attentive, friendly, and helped make every dining experience enjoyable A special thank you to Brooke, who went above and beyond to make our time by the pool even more enjoyable. The bell staff also deserve recognition. They were friendly, efficient, and always ready to help with a smile. The rooms felt a bit dated compared to some luxury resorts, but they were very clean, spacious, and comfortable. We will definitely be back next year !!!

The staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome throughout our visit. Every aspect of the experience exceeded our expectations, and we created wonderful family memories that we will cherish for years to come. We highly recommend Enchantment Resort and look forward to returning in the future.

Incredible location if you like to hike. Also an incredible location if you like to cool off in a pool while surrounded by red sandstone formations. The staff are fantastic. The room we stayed in was spacious, well appointed and had an amazing view from the deck. The rooms can be a bit noisy, especially if folks with children are staying next door. The Murphy beds are comfortable, but awkward. (Management says they are working to correct these items in an ongoing remodel) i had 4 meals here- 2 breakfasts that were top tier, one burger from the poolside that was in my top 5 burgers of all time, and one so-so roasted half chicken. All said, I would stay here again for sure.

Our stay at Enchantment Resort for our anniversary was absolutely incredible. The resort is beautiful, the scenery is breathtaking, and the pool was the perfect place to relax and soak it all in. A special thank you to Richard J, who made our anniversary dinner unforgettable with exceptional service. He was the perfect fine dining server, attentive, professional, and genuinely above and beyond. Every part of our stay exceeded our expectations. We can’t wait to come back!

We recently stayed at Enchantment Resort in Sedona and couldn’t have been more impressed. In a time when customer service across the country seems to be declining—with so many places feeling unenjoyable and staff often coming across as rude—Enchantment was the complete opposite. From the moment we arrived, the team was genuinely accommodating, attentive, and went out of their way to make our family’s stay perfect. The resort delivers on every level you’d hope for: refined accommodations, breathtaking red rock views, outstanding dining, and thoughtful amenities perfectly suited for families. Everything felt elevated yet warm and welcoming. It’s exactly what a memorable resort experience should be—peaceful, luxurious, and filled with natural beauty. We highly recommend Enchantment Resort and would return in a heartbeat. Thank you to the entire team for restoring our faith in exceptional hospitality!
